The formation is in Barley and is located in the field opposite Silbury Hill on the A4. It is in a central position in the field. It is a flower shape with six petals with a central inner circle with a further six more petals.

The formation is surrounded by a outer ring with an overall diameter of approx 82 feet. The inner circle is 17 feet diameter. The formation is laid in a clockwise crop rotation.

The floor lay is quite rough in appearance and some underlying mud on the stems is visible. The internal petals have an alarming amount of mud on the stems. The overall construction is very rushed in appearance. But from the air we would suggest it has a good geometic appearance.

A rough sketch by Stuart Dike.

We hope to have a photograph of this formation very soon, please keep watching!
